Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Pirces quoted do not include Postage and Packing, unless otherwise stated. Please note that if you pay by Paypal, there will be a £1 fee to cover the charges taken from us by Paypal for the transaction.

We accept payment in £Sterling only by PAYPAL (£1 fee will be added to your invoice), cheque (drawn on a British bank), postal order, international money order, debit and credit cards payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

VARIATIONS :
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. When we do so, we will mention the fact on our home page. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.

1. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and TTAP relating to your purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Shipping And Handling TTAP aims to despatch orders within 10 working days of confirmation that your payment has cleared, subject to the items being in stock. Postage and Packing is calculated on weight of the goods, in line with current Royal Mail Postage Prices and the cost of the packaging. These prices are based on First Class post, for UK deliveries and Airmail for Europe and Overseas deliveries.

CUSTOMS :
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you. TTAP may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.

Delivery Schedule Once payment has cleared, we aim to send out orders within 10 working days, depending on our workload.

Items are despatched via First Class post in the UK, which usually arrives 1-2 days from date of despatch. For Europe and Overseas, items are despatched via Airmail, which takes up to 10 days for Europe and 14 days for the rest of the World.

TTAP cannot accept responsibility for delays in the postal services, which are beyond our control. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, from the date you placed your order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
